I'm a highly curious, innovative and operationally minded Human Resources professional with diverse experiences within omni-channel retail, high-growth start-up environments and . As an organizational development strategist, I create impactful HR systems, effective strategies, and sustainable solutions that positively affect the employee experience while championing cost savings & talent cultivation for high growth organizations. I specialize in talent management and the development of scalable HR policies, programs, and operational systems. My expertise lies in employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and building sustainable organizational culture. I do this uniquely and creatively through fostering collaboration, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusivity in every initiative. I am also skilled in high-volume employee relations investigations, advanced stakeholder communication, cross-functional leadership and leveraging HR analytics to drive effective decision making and continuous improvement organization wide.
My Career Story
My career launched in luxury fashion retail and spans across multiple industries and people & culture roles.
At Nordstrom I mastered the art of sales talent acquisition and management as well as training and became well known for excellence in fashion merchandising, impactful talent management, and customer relationship management as a Sales Department Manager. I then took on a new challenge as Executive Team Leader at Target. For the first 18 months I soared in the mastery of operations management before stepping into Human Resources as a corporate district ETL-HR. This role allowed me the pleasure of honing my HR skills and impact in the key areas of payroll, talent acquisition, comprehensive onboarding, total compensation, and leadership development. My next role was Area Manager with thredUP, a start up specializing in e-commerce. After just 4 short months, I was enthusiastically invited to step into an HR Business Partner, Manager equivalent role. I was able to design, facilitate, and scale a series of comprehensive Leadership Development courses resulting in increased employee retention and internal promotions. In my latest role of Regional, Human Resources Business Partner with Gopuff I led and managed numerous organizational development projects from building performance management processes to creating aligned omni-channel retail policies. I am also an Art & Design Entrepreneur with many years of experience in Marketing & Branding, Product Development, Management & Merchandising Design.
